Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

(1) elifevegetarian shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address at the arranged time (given by the Customer). Though, elifevegetarian shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, especially if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of elifevegetarian.

(2) Currently, elifevegetarian Foods Trading only provides delivery services in Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur.

(3) Customers outside of Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur are welcome to make orders, arrangements will be made to make shipment to desired destination. Contact elifevegetarian via e-mail, WhatsApp, FB messenger or Website (either one) for enquiries.

(4) Delivery timings are 11am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

(5) All orders will be processed at 1600hrs on the date, orders after 1600hrs will be processed on the next day

(6) We strive to deliver to you within 3-5 working days upon receiving orders. However, during special circumstances, such as peak period or holiday seasons, we may extend to 5 working days if required. However, in such instances, we would seek your consent beforehand.

(7) The Customer shall notify any changes in delivery address in advance to elifevegetarian via e-mail, WhatsApp, FB messenger or Website (either one) before delivery of the product.

(8) Customers shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorised to receive the products and is present at the arranged time of delivery at the specified address. If no such person is present, elifevegetarian shall attempt to make the delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge the Customer an additional re-delivery fee.
